A catch phrase, no leave or vacay for me ... except from this blog .... for a while that is ...
I'm officially announcing that i am writing my new book, and it isn't about fitness ... well it is but also isn't. What I'm trying to say that it's not a guide, or a manual or a how-to sorta thing.
I know you folks are gonna be missing my blog terribly, but hey a book is a book!
